Zoe’s Pet Sitting provides pet sitting, in-home care, nail trim services, and related pet care services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by Zoe’s Pet Sitting.

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when submitting inquiries or service requests. Zoe’s Pet Sitting is not responsible for service disruptions or issues resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or omitted information, including but not limited to pet behavior, health conditions, or household access details.

Zoe’s Pet Sitting reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion, including situations involving aggressive animals, unsafe environments, or circumstances that may pose a risk to pets, staff, or property. Client safety and animal welfare are always our top priority.

While Zoe’s Pet Sitting takes reasonable care to provide safe and compassionate services, clients acknowledge that animals may behave unpredictably. Zoe’s Pet Sitting shall not be held liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, or death of a pet resulting from pre-existing conditions, natural causes, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, except in cases of gross negligence.

Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment within the home, including secure access, clear instructions, and disclosure of any hazards. Zoe’s Pet Sitting is not responsible for damage caused by pets to property, belongings, or household items during service visits.

Payment terms, cancellation policies, and service fees will be communicated at the time of booking or confirmation. Failure to comply with agreed-upon payment terms may result in cancellation or refusal of future services.
